Ruth's Chicken Food Truck opened its window October 2021, during a global pandemic. We, like many others, lost our jobs during that time and decided to go into business for ourselves, so Ruth's Chicken was born.  
Alton Andrews began working on our signature recipe April of 2021 and after months of trial and error, a signature taste was developed.
Inspired by a trip to San Fransisco, a mouthwatering, unique, Gluten Free, recipe was developed and the rest is history. 
With the help of Lizy Andrews and Virgil King the idea was turned into a business. 
Fast forward and today we are a fast growing, street approved food truck.
